Child data is used to support a child’s learning, to provide appropriate care, to monitor and assess progress.
Parent data is used to help identify parents when collecting children, for the purpose of maintaining open communication, to assess the quality of our service.
Data gathered during the registration process is retained for 10 years and then destroyed.
